Jaco, Plastic Injection Molding Company, Lowers Cost and Adds Value
The cap is black ABS with a ± 0.002″ close tolerance and internal port that required a slide in tool. Jaco, an Ohio plastic injection molding company located just outside of Cleveland, was responsible for making producing this part. The lower part is injection molded with 33% glass filled nylon also to a ± 0.002″ tolerance.
After molding both parts, Jaco installs the spring and metal clip and ships the completed assembly to the client.
